#1 The Happiness Hero
What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
There're no win-lose situations in life. You either win or you learn, but you never lose. There’s always a good lesson to learn from something negative. Attitude is the key to everything. It’s not what happens to you, but rather how you react to what happens to you. We can control that.
What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?
Being service minded and helping people as much as I can.
Mission to disrupt one of the most old school industries – logistics.
Retire at age 40.
Creating a legacy and leaving some kind of positive footprint. I guess it's pretty millennial goal, but again so am I.
When did you last push the boundaries of your comfort zone? How?
I do it every single morning, when I wake up in the morning. By nature I’m an anti-social introvert who belongs to some rustic cottage deep in the woods by a fireplace reading books all day long. I'm also picking up public speaking which is one of the last things on my "LIKE" list. It's a terrifying experience, but it I actually enjoy it at the end of the day.
What are you really not very good at?
Selling stuff to people that they don’t need and I don’t believe in. That’s just not what I do and who I am.
Also being in the spotlight is not written in my personality script.
What advice would you give to your 10 years younger self?
Download some balls in your pants, go out and get what you want.
Live to serve, start networking from early on, meet new people as much as you can, be patient with people and life in general, don’t criticize, believe in positive energy, have no regrets, stay close to positive people, hold on from things/people that are worth holding on to, read more, study the psychology of success, stand your ground and be yourself, not what the society thinks you should be, tackle your comfort zone every single chance you get, because it gets harder and harder as the time flies by.
On a scale of one to 10, how weird are you? Why?
I’m as normal as one can be minus the fact that I’m an anti-social introvert by nature and I'm in peoples business.
But I think it’s awesome that I’m a 1 to balance all this weirdness and craziness going around in the world.
I fit in absolutely perfectly.
When you think of the word successful, who is the first person that comes to mind and why?
Conor McGregor – I’m a huge UFC fan and it’s absolutely amazing to have witnessed what he has done for the business in such a short period of time. The mental fitness he has and the hard work and dedication he puts in his training and promoting is inspirational and he has shown us that sky is not the limit, it's just another level.
“There’s no talent here, this is hard work. This is an obsession. Talent does not exist, we are all equals as human beings. You could be anyone you want if you put in the time. You’ll reach the top and that’s that. I am not talented, I am obsessed.”
If you wouldn’t be a part of Shipitwise, what would you do?
Most likely a youth football coach.
